Introduction The thing to remember, if you want to make money and lose weight, is that you are perfectly capable of doing it without any help from anybody. You don’t need a financial adviser, or a diet counselor, or any of the people who are paid a handsome commission to convince you that you can’t do this yourself. You can do it yourself. But no one’s going to make any money telling you that. The truth hurts, if you’re on commission.
